and bring a copy of BOTH to the test, one exam for both
positions, only if you meet the minimum requirements for

February 2010, and are not scheduled to take our exam until
after March 2010, you will need to fill out a new
application(s). All old applications will be deleted
from our system.
If you filled out an application between September 2009
and February 2010 and took the exam before March 2010, you
DO NOT need to fill out a new application(s). Your
application will remain in our system.
