On the day of the written exam, applicants can apply for
either Deputy Sheriff or Deputy Sheriff Detentions/Courts,
or both. Applications are distributed the day of the exam
only. You will only take one written exam. Your score will
be applied to either or both positions for which you have
applied. You will be placed on an eligibility list according
to how well you score. The higher you score, the higher you
will be placed on the eligibility list. For additional information,
