If after you've passed the written exam and been placed on the eligibility list, you are selected to take the next step, then you will receive an email inviting you to fill out a prescreen questionnaire, or a Personal History Statement.

Printed out, the PHS packet is 52 pages long. How you complete these pages can determine how successful you are at moving on to the next stage in the process, so be thorough and follow directions.
